You can give notice of your new address, via the Internet, to the office of Revenu Québec in your area, in writing, by telephone or in person.
To have your address changed, be sure to have the following on hand:

  • Your social insurance number
  • Your date of birth
  • Your postal code
  • The amount on line 199 of your last income tax return
  • Your support-payment file number, if you pay or receive support through Revenu Québec.
