If you are an individual who operates a business under sole proprietorship, for a change of address, you must use the Registre des entreprises du Québec form entitled Amending Declaration, available at the Registre Web site.

You can also obtain a copy of the form at the registry office in Québec City or Montréal, as well as at Communication-Québec offices.

When your form is completed, mail it to the address indicated or hand deliver it to the registry office in Québec City or Montréal.
