Call or write to the Emploi-Québec Centre de services d’apprentissage et de qualification professionnelle in your area to give notice of your change of address. You must provide the following information:

  • Your social insurance number
  • The trade concerned

Note
The procedure is the same for apprenticeship cards and record books and certificates of qualification. If you hold more than one of these documents, be sure to say so.
