You can give notice of your new address by:

  • Indicating your new address on the detachable flap of the return envelope of the claimant’s report and sending the flap with your report
  • Calling the Service Canada. Be sure to have on hand your social insurance number (SIN) and your telephone access code (TAC)
You’re moving elsewhere in Canada?
Notify your Human Resource Centre of Canada (HRCC) office, as your file will have to be transferred to another HRCC office further to your move.
Go to your new HRCC office to request the transfer.
