You can give notice of your new address, to the office of Revenu Québec in your area, via the Internet, in writing, by telephone or in person. If you go to a Revenu Québec office to have a change of address made, you
must provide two pieces of ID, one of which has a photograph of you (health
insurance card or social insurance card, driver’s license, citizenship card,
etc.)
To have your address changed, be sure to have the following on hand:

  • Your social insurance number
  • Your date of birth
  • Your postal code
  • The amount on line 199 of your last income tax return.
