Our mission

Every year, Québec recruits several thousand immigrants from around the world, including a significant number from Asia. North America’s only French speaking society, Québec encourages the coming of immigrants, business people and specialized workers.

The Québec immigration bureau in Hong Kong is an open window on Québec. It is mainly devoted to the immigration of business people.

Our immigration advisors establish direct contact with candidates in a courteous and efficient atmosphere. Their many tasks range from providing information to candidates to selecting individuals with the best chances of integrating in Québec. In addition to Québec selection certificates giving access to permanent residence, the Hong Kong bureau issues acceptance certificates to family workers wishing to live and work temporarily in Québec.
