Tax holiday for foreign researchers and experts

Researchers can benefit from a five-year tax holiday on Québec income tax applicable to 75% of their personal income when they settle in Québec to participate in research and development activities (R&D) in a corporation.

This measure also applies to other types of foreign experts, such as managers who totally devote themselves to innovation management and marketing abroad.
