Application for administrative review

You may submit an application for the administrative review of the decision to refuse or reject your Application for a Québec Selection Certificate for one of the following reasons:

  • an error in law or in fact (omission or misinterpretation of the facts), or a clerical error (error in calculation or transcription) led to a negative rather than a positive decision
  • failure to observe a principle of natural justice
  • the presentation of facts that existed at the time the decision was rendered but were not taken into account at that time.

You will then have to provide grounds for and support your application for review, where applicable, with original documents that you have not already submitted. Your application for review must be submitted in writing to the head office in Montréal within no more than 90 days following notice of the negative decision (including the documents supporting the review application).

You should forward your application for review to the:

Direction générale de l’immigration économique
Service de la révision administrative
360, rue McGill, 3eétage
Montréal (Québec) H2Y 2E9
Canada

  USEFUL INFORMATION
