Information service on regulated professions and trades

  • Is your profession or trade regulated by a professional order or other regulatory body and you would like to find out more about the conditions for practising in Québec?
  • Do you wish to submit a file that fulfills all requirements to a regulatory body?
  • Would you like to find out about admission procedures, related fees and deadlines for submitting your application to the relevant regulatory body?
  • Would you like to know how to evaluate your diplomas and skills with the goal of practising a regulated profession or trade?
  • Have you been a permanent resident living in Québec for five years or less, or are you a candidate for immigration selected by Québec and still living overseas?

 

Immigration-Québec’s information service on regulated professions and trades will help you obtain information on:

  • the regulatory system in Québec
  • the attributions of the regulated professions and trades
  • the procedure for obtaining the right to practise a regulated profession or trade
  • the documents required to put together and submit your application to the relevant regulatory body
  • the fees charged by regulatory bodies.

 

It can also help you:

  • determine which regulatory body you should submit your application to
  • prepare the application you must submit to the organization that regulates your profession or trade in Québec
  • explore certain options to facilitate your occupational integration.
