The person you are sponsoring will soon be joining you in Québec. Take advantage of this period to encourage your relative to prepare for his or her new life in Québec. In addition to facilitating integration into Québec society, this can also help the sponsored person save time, energy and money. Encourage the sponsored person to review the following procedure.

Procedure to help the sponsored person prepare for life in Québec

Your sponsor (guarantor) has advised you to prepare before your departure for Québec with the goal of making your integration easier. As soon as possible, use the tool Learning about Québec: Guide to my successful integration. This guide will help you evaluate your needs, determine realistic goals and chose effective methods for achieving them. This is an essential tool for all new immigrants.
