Employer's hiring application

The Gouvernement du Québec levies a fee of C$175 to review an offer of temporary work for a foreign worker submitted by an employer, with the exception of applications for seasonal agricultural workers.

Application for a Certificate of Acceptance for Temporary Work

The fees levied by the Gouvernement du Québec for processing an application for the Québec Certificate of Acceptance is C$175 per foreign worker.

The payment must be sent at the same time as the application form for the Québec Certificate of Acceptance.

These fees can be paid by the employer or the worker.

Method of payment

You can make your payment :

• in cash or with a debit card (but only by going in person to the Direction de la sélection des travailleurs (for the Montréal region) or the service Immigration-Québec serving your region of destination in Québec)
• by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), in which case you must fill out the form Payment by Credit Card
• by cheque (personal cheques must be certified) made out to the Minister of Finance of Québec.
