Filling out the official immigration application

To submit an official immigration application, you must fill out an Application for a Québec Acceptance Certificate by following the instructions provided.

REMINDER

To avoid delays, do not forget to attach to your application:

all other required forms (appendices, declarations, etc.), depending on your situation
all of the supporting documents required, depending on your situation
payment of the fees levied for review of your file. Fees and methods of payment may vary according to each territory.

Send all documents to the Direction de la sélection des travailleurs – Amérique du Nord.

Before submitting an official application (Application for a Québec Acceptance Certificate) that involves processing fees that are non-refundable, you can first evaluate online your chances of being selected by Québec. You will receive an immediate response free of charge!

If you are unable to download the forms, contact the Direction de la sélection des travailleurs – Amérique du Nord to obtain them. Do not forget to specify if your spouse or dependent children aged 18 or over will be accompanying you as well as the profession or trade you will be practising in Québec.

If your application does not contain all of the required documents, you will have 60 days to provide them from the date of the acknowledgment of receipt specifying the missing documents. It is important to provide all documents within this timeframe.
