Duration of agreements

The duration of agreements is usually three years.

Submitting an application

Applications for financial assistance must be submitted using the form Demande d'aide financière au PANA duly completed and accompanied by all required documents.

Applications for financial assistance must be sent to the MICC no later than the date and time indicated in the instructions provided to the organization.

Organizations wishing to submit an application for financial assistance under the Support program for the integration of new arrivals (PANA) must contact the Immigration-Québec office serving their region.

Application evaluation criteria

Applications will be evaluated on the basis of the organization’s capacity to respect all of the conditions enumerated above. They will also be evaluated on the basis of:

• the program’s objectives, regional particularities, priorities and foreseeable number of eligible clients for the community or territory served
• the capacity and availability of the organization to provide accessible services adapted to the needs of the clientele (e.g., irregular hours, innovative approaches to providing services)
• competence of the organization’s staff (training, relevant experience).
