Eligible services, activities and projects

Eligible services and activities vary according to the component. In addition to the services and activities described in each component, other activities are eligible if they improve service delivery to new immigrants by reception organizations or other public or private partners:

• the organization's personnel training programs
• work meetings with public, parapublic and community organizations with the goal of improving service delivery
• participation in research activities on intervention methods and evaluation of their results.

Non-eligible services, activities and projects

Services that overlap with public services offered to Quebecers and those that do not meet any of the objectives are ineligible.
