In using the Québec Portal (hereinafter referred to as
"portal"), you agree to the conditions governing its use set
forth in this document (hereinafter referred to as
the "conditions"). These conditions may be modified at any
time. We therefore advise you to refer back to
them regularly.
Personal use
The portal is made available to Netsurfers exclusively for
personal and non-commercial use.
Description of the service
The Portal provides information to Netsurfers who wish to learn
about Québec. It also features links to services and programs
offered online by Québec departments, government agencies and other
organizations.

Links to other Web sites
The Portal includes links to other Web sites. As the Department
has no control over these Web sites, it cannot guarantee the
accuracy or completeness of the content, advertising, products,
services or any other material available on or via these sites.
Furthermore, the Department shall not be held responsible for any
real or alleged damage related to the use of or trust in the
content, goods or services available on or via these sites.
Exclusion of responsibility
No advice or information obtained via the portal may
be construed as guarantees.
Concerning the Portal :
The information found on the Portal originates from a number of
different Québec government departments and agencies, outside
sources and other governments and municipalities. The Department
has made every effort to ensure that the Portal content is
accurate, reliable and up to date. Sections of the Portal are
updated on a regular basis. Certain recent changes may, however, be
missing. Please let us know if you notice any discrepancies.
