On account of globalization, countries from the Asia-Pacific Region are becoming increasingly valuable partners for Québec. The Government insists on developing and strengthening political, institutional, economic and cultural relations with the different societies within that region, according to terms proper to each one of them. In this respect, Québec has just added India to the number of its priorities.
