Services Québec

Services Québec is an agency under the direction of the Minister of Government Services, Henri-François Gautrin. It is headed by a president and director general, Francine Martel-Vaillancourt, who sits on the board of directors along with 10 members appointed by the government and hailing from different backgrounds. The Act respecting Services Québec (Bill 63) was assented to on December 15, 2004.

Services Québec is a fledgling organization rising from the foundation of the former Communication-Québec, whose offices and services it has incorporated.
