The Quit to win Challenge is back !
This Challenge was created out of the desire to encourage the values of mutual support and respect between smokers and non-smokers by using the "buddy system". The people who register pledge not to smoke between March 1 and April 11, 2007, inclusively. Take advantage of your year end resolutions to register for the Challenge before March 1st!

Vaccination campaign
To educate people about the importance of vaccination as a means of protection against seasonal influenza (the flu), the MSSS is launching its vaccination information campaign under the theme « Influenza is not a game ». Simple things such as washing your hands and following cough etiquette can help prevent the transmission of the disease. Check whether you are eligible for a free flu shot.

Too many people are still afraid of those living with HIV. Unlike influenza or chickenpox, HIV does not survive in the air, nor does it survive in water. Daily activities pose no risk of transmission. Don't believe the myths. prejudice hurts.
