  • answer only the questions applying to your age and situation (the information that we have in your file is displayed when you open the service)
  • in most cases, find out immediately the amount and the starting date of your pension
  • change the date of your first payment and see the difference in the monthly amount that you could receive
  • save your information for 12 months and complete your application later
  • apply for direct deposit or income tax deductions
  • eliminate postal delay

How to use this service      

You must first authenticate your identity with your user code.

To make your application, you could need:

  • the dates of birth of your children
  • your file number with the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ), if you are receiving an indemnity
  • your social security number for plans to which you have contributed in other countries (if known)
  • your employer's address, if you have a phased retirement agreement


After
sending your application, a summary is displayed confirming that the Régie has received it. Print this page; it is your acknowledgement of receipt.
