A new web site soon
 The Curateur public has just published a revised and enhanced version of its web site. This version, with a new visual display, covers in particular the different types of private protection: mandate in case of incapacity, advisor to a person of full age, and tutor and curator to a person of full age. Because of the extensiveness of the subjects addressed, the English version will not be available until January 2007. Thank you for your understanding. |

Diane Lavallée
has just been appointed Public Curator of Québec
by the Conseil des ministres. Replacing Nicole
Malo, the new Public Curator took office on April
8. Previously, she had been President of
the Conseil du statut de la femme since 1999. |

the Curateur public, has just published the new
edition of My mandate in case of incapacity.
What’s new about it? The form included in the
brochure has been entirely revised, offering those
wishing to prepare a mandate a broader choice of elements
that can contribute to their protection if they become
incapable. The brochure, which is on sale at all bookstores
affiliated with Publications du Québec for $5.95,
