At our regional offices

We suggest that you speak to an information clerk before coming to one of our offices. In most cases, you can obtain the information you need by telephone.

If you wish to meet with a representative of the Régie, the office hours of our service centres in Québec and Montréal are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Elsewhere in the province, our centres are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

In our Service Statement, we are committed to having you wait no more than 20 minutes for a meeting with an information clerk. However, 3 times out of 4, you will not have to wait more than 10 minutes.
