Return to Be Completed by Persons Who Bring Gasoline into the Area of Jurisdiction of the Agence Métropolitaine de Transport
Every person who brings gasoline (or causes gasoline to be brought) into the territory under the jurisdiction of the Agence métropolitaine de transport, except gasoline used to supply the engine of an aircraft, for consumption or use by such person or by another person at such person's expense. An exception is made for gasoline contained in a fuel tank installed as standard equipment to supply the engine of a motor vehicle or a vessel.
