with which it shares the priorities
of the French-speaking world. It
focuses in particular on countries
where it is involved in
institutional and technical projects
that call on public and private
Québec expertise. The growth of relations between
Québec and countries in Africa and
the Middle East has led to the
creation of a substantial pool of
experts and resources in a variety
of sectors.
