By cheque or money order

You can make your GST and QST payments by taking your remittance slip to a financial institution or any Revenu Québec office, or by mailing it in the return envelope, along with a cheque or money order made payable to the Minister of Revenue of Québec.

The following information should be noted on the cheque or money order:

• your GST account number
• your identification number

By Internet

The GST and QST collected can be remitted to Revenu Québec through your financial institution by means of the Electronic payment via financial institutions service. Check with your financial institution to find out if it offers this service.

The GST and QST collected can also be remitted directly to Revenu Québec by means of the Online payment service, provided you are registered for Clic Revenu electronic services.

Note

You must make your payment at a financial institution if the amount of GST or QST to be remitted is $50,000 or more.
