ClicSÉQUR

ClicSÉQUR is the Québec government's identity authentication service that provides secure access to its departments' and agencies' on-line services with a single ID. Today, clicSÉQUR provides access to the Régie's on-line services, to Revenu Québec's on-line services for individuals and to the on-line services of the Ministère du Développement durable, de l'Environnement et des Parcs. Soon, it will provide access to the on-line services of other departments and agencies.

To access a service with clicSÉQUR

Each time you select a RégieNet on-line service that requires information contained in your file at the Régie, we must authenticate your identity before giving you access to the service. If you choose to authenticate your identity with clicSÉQUR, you will be immediately transferred to the Québec government's identity authentication service.

If you do not have a clicSÉQUR ID, you must sign up for this service

To use clicSÉQUR, you must first register. Registration is a 5-step procedure that only takes a few minutes.

1. Authenticating your identity

Revenu Québec first verifies your identity by asking you to provide the following personal information:

• your social insurance number
• your access code assigned by Revenu Québec
• your most recent notice of assessment number

2. Selecting a clicSÉQUR ID

You are invited to select a user code and a password, which together constitute your clicSÉQUR ID.

3. Agreeing to the conditions for use

You must read and agree to the conditions for using the clicSÉQUR ID.

4. Confirming your clicSÉQUR registration

You are then informed that your clicSÉQUR registration has been completed.

5. Registering for the Régie 's services

You complete your registration for our services. Revenu Québec then sends us some of the information from your file (last name, first name, date of birth, social insurance number), with your consent and in a secure manner. We compare it with the information in your file at the Régie. If the information is identical, we confirm your registration and give you access to the requested service.

If you have a clicSÉQUR ID

Simply enter your clicSÉQUR ID (user code and password) each time you wish to use one of our NetRégie services that require identity authentication. 

If you obtained your clicSÉQUR ID from another department or agency, you must also register for the Régie's services before access is granted (step 5)

If you no longer wish to access our services with your clicSÉQUR ID

You can cancel your registration for Régie on-line services at any time.
