Refund Info-Line

Purpose of the serviceTo obtain information concerning the processing of a personal income tax return
UsersIndividuals, and individuals in business (self-employed persons)
Conditions for useYou must authenticate your identity with clicSÉQUR or Clic Revenu and provide the information below.

ClicSéqur

You must have your clicSÉQUR user code and password on hand. If you do not have a code and password, click on "I am a new user" on the clicSÉQUR homepage.

Clic Revenu

You must provide

  • your Clic Revenu user code and password; or 
  • your social insurance number and your access code. If you do not know your access code, you may obtain it from the Access Code Info-Line; or 
  • your social insurance number, your date of birth and the amount on line 199 of your income tax return for the current year.  
By telephone
You must provide your social insurance number, your date of birth and the amount on line 199 of your income tax return for the current year.
Availability of servicesThis service is no longer available. It will be available once again in February 2007, for the 2006 taxation year.
