Services included in condominium fees
Condominium fees ("common expenses") paid by an individual occupying a residential complex held in co-ownership (condominium) may include fees for certain services that give entitlement to the tax credit for home-support services for seniors.
Persons who wish to know the cost of these services must inform the condominium's administrators that they or the person with whom they share their dwelling is 70 or older, or will turn 70 during the year concerned.
