BC Gazette - Part I

The "British Columbia Gazette Part I", produced under the authority of the Queen's Printer Act, is published once per week, and includes legal notices such as:

• Notices to Creditors
• Notices of Restorations
• Notice of Incorporations, and Dissolutions; Timber Sales and Order-In-Council Notices.

BC Gazette - Part II

The British Columbia Gazette Part II, produced under the authority of the Regulations Act, is published every second week, and contains all Regulations made under an Act of the Legislative Assembly.

To Advertise in the BC Gazette Part I

This section provides some publishing guidelines if you wish to advertise in the BC Gazette. It also provides a chart outlining the deadlines to submit advertisements as well as prices for inserting items in the BC Gazette.Gazette Publishing Guidelines

• Notices must reach the Queen's Printer no later than 1:30 p.m. on the deadline date.
• Customers requiring Galley proofs must submit copy by 1:30 p.m. on the Friday before publication.
• Insertion orders must be paid in advance by certified cheque, company cheque (personal cheques are not accepted) or money order made payable to the Minister of Finance.
• Payment may also be made by Visa or Mastercard. Please fax or Email with your credit card number and expiry date to 250 387-1120
• Various Ministry notices are printed in a format and are priced by the space (page) used, rather than the number of words. Please contact the BC Gazette Office by email, or call 250 387-4191 for additional pricing information, prior to sending your notice.
• Where orders contain more than one notice, each will be charged as a separate notice.
