Meeting Schedule The Commission has always tried to be accommodating when it came to scheduling meetings and worked around other parties agendas. While admirable, with the reduced number of staff the Commission believes it must adopt a more structured approach. The Commission will meet on a 6 week rotation for the South Coast, Island and Okanagan Panels, and an 8 week rotation for the Interior, Kootenay and North Panels.
