Service BC is your source for frontline government services and information in British Columbia. Service BC delivers hundreds of programs and services to residents, businesses and visitors - online, by phone and in person.

In person, Government Agents offices serve more than two million people annually. Over the phone, Enquiry BC customer service representatives respond to more than one million calls each year. More than eight million Internet transactions are processed each year through BC OnLine.

Online

  • A wide variety of e-government products and services for legal, business, government and professionals is available at BC OnLine.
  • Additional information and services are accessible for residents, businesses and visitors.
  • Access to online services is also available through Community Access Terminals, located in Government Agents offices.
  • BC Stats provides a variety of services, including producing monthly or quarterly reports, as well as providing custom work on a fee-for-service basis.
