Application Forms

FrontCounter BC offers over 82 different authorizations required by natural resource clients. For your convenience, application forms are available online.

Before downloading and printing forms, please call
1-877-855-3222 (FCBC) for a free consultation with one of our knowledgeable FrontCounter BC staff members to ensure that you have the right forms for your situation.

How to use online forms:

  1. Search alphabetically for the permit or authorization.
  2. Print and complete the form. If you have any questions, please call 1-877-855-3222 for assistance.
  3. When completing forms ensure that:
    A. Your legal name is used to fill in the application;
    B. Every box of the respective application is filled in;
    C. Submitted maps are legible and reference the specific parcel/plot.
  4. You may pay for your permit or authorization:
    A. In person by cash, debit card, cheque (payable to Minister of Finance) or visa/mastercard;
    B. By mail with cheque (payable to Minister of Finance) or visa/mastercard (complete and submit the visa/mastercard payment authorization form). Do not send cash in the mail;
    C. By fax using visa/mastercard (complete and submit the visa/mastercard payment authorization form).
  5. Submit the completed application form to your local FrontCounter BC office by mail, fax, or in person. For a list of office locations and fax numbers click here.
