The e-BC Strategy articulates this Province's commitment to integrate services, where possible, and deliver them electronically. It proposes using information management/information technology (IM/IT) as a tool to provide better client services, meet government priorities, and achieve better government. The e-BC Strategy provides a general outline of the government’s direction, together with specific recommendations for current and future client-centered service delivery. The document is based on four broad goals and a suggested list of priorities for 2004/05 and beyond.
