 Home > How to Enroll Anyone with a maintenance order or agreement who lives in BC can enroll in the FMEP. There is no cost for our services and either the payor or recipient can enroll. If you don't live in BC, contact the maintenance enforcement program where you live. If you receive income assistance from the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance, contact your Family Maintenance Worker. Recipient Enrollment Package

You can also get the enrollment package from the courthouse, a government agent's office or the Ministry of Employment and Income Assistance office, or contact us and we will mail you one. Where to mail the Enrollment Package
Send your completed enrollment package and copy of your maintenance order or agreement to: Enrollment Office Box 5100 Victoria, BC V8R 6N3 It takes us about 4 weeks to enroll a case because we have to get certified copies of your maintenance order or agreement from the court.
