Notice
to real estate boards, REALTORS® and the public:
BCREA has received reports of an individual soliciting
for donations to a youth camp while posing as a representative
of the "BC Real Estate Board." Please be
advised that this unauthorized activity is in no way
associated with the British Columbia Real Estate Association,
or its 12 member real estate boards.
Law enforcement officials have been notified of the
situation. If you receive a solicitation of this nature,

The Residential Trading Services Applied Practice
Course is compulsory for all new licensees. It's
designed to provide practical training in real estate
which, together with the pre-licensing course, will
enable licensees to confidently and effectively serve
the public's real estate needs in a professional manner.
Tuition fees, which include all course materials,
are payable by Visa or Mastercard and must be paid
