W. Alan Clark, Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Institutions Commission of British Columbia, and Superintendent of Financial Institutions, is also designated as Superintendent of Pensions.

The Honourable Gary Collins, Minister of Finance, announced the designation , made under section 2 of the Pension Benefits Standards Act (the "PBSA").
