Get your free BC HealthGuide handbook in English, French, Chinese and Punjabi. Pick up your handbook at these locations:
- English handbooks are available at your local pharmacy or Government Agent's Office.
- Chinese or Punjabi handbooks are available at many community or multicultural organizations, temples or English Language Services for Adults providers. Click on and print a Chinese and Punjabi poster or an English poster to help distribute the handbooks in your organization or community.
- French handbooks are available through your local francophone organization.

An allergy dietitian is available Wednesday to Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm. Dietitians offer confidential nutrition information and advice, and guide you to nutrition services in your community.
