Premier Gordon Campbell joined Guangdong Governor Huang Huahua at Vancouver's Chinese Cultural Centre to view an exhibit of photos of B.C.'s sister province in China. Governor Huang was in Vancouver leading a delegation exploring new businesses opportunities in B.C.
