Consolidated, Annotated Versions of Contaminated Sites Legislation
The following links allow you to switch between a normal view, which reflects all amendments to date and an annotated version with color-coded text that identifies explanatory text, the revised legislative provisions and, importantly, which provisions are currently in force. The web pages are also hyper-linked so you can navigate between and within the Act and Regulation. In addition, the old section numbers used in the Waste Management Act are shown for reference. Contaminated Sites Regulation schedules and explanatory text are still undergoing some quality assurance checks and will be made available shortly.
[Note that the annotated version of EMA uses background shading to indicate which provisions are in force. In order to print the background shading, you may have to adjust your browser settings. In Internet Explorer go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced | scroll down to Printing and check box titled "Print background colors and images". In Netscape/Mozilla go to Page Setup and check box titled "Print background (colors and images)"]
