If you are not satisfied with a condition or decision laid out in the
PLA, you may contact the District Development Technician to request
reconsideration. The request must be in writing and must describe the
basis for the appeal. If the condition or decision results from the
requirements of another agency, you may be directed to contact that
agency.
If you are not satisfied with the District Development Technician's
response, you may then appeal to the Provincial Approving Officer for
reconsideration of the decision. Your request should include new or
previously unreported information. The Approving Officer will either
grant your appeal or uphold the condition or decision. |
