Preliminary Approval and Development


The Provincial Approving Officer gives the application preliminary layout approval (PLA) with conditions or preliminary layout non-approval (PLNA) with reasons.  The applicant completes any work required by the Preliminary Layout Approval, prior to submitting final plans for approval in order to obtain final approval of the subdivision plans.
