Attorney General and Multiculturalism Minister Wally Oppal was joined by Premier Gordon Campbell to distribute gifts at the Vaisakhi celebration April 15. Also present were Parliamentary Secretary for Multiculturalism Dave Hayer and Langley MLA Mary Polak. Thousands of people attended Vaisakhi celebrations in both Vancouver and Surrey.
