CHM FORMAT:
The Microsoft HTML
Help (CHM) format is a set of technologies for delivering help using the
Hypertext Markup Language (HTML). HTML Help provides navigational controls that
enable users to easily find and sort information. You can view a CHM file simply
by double clicking on the filename.
