Minister of State for Mining Bennett and Prince George North MLA Pat Bell tour one of Northwest Community College’s School of Exploration and Mining camps on the way back from Minerals North conference in Mackenzie B.C.
Education and practical experience go hand-in-hand when it comes to developing B.C.’s future in mineral exploration and mining. The Northwest School of Exploration and Mining offers a program to deliver basic skills in mining and exploration to rural and First Nations communities in partnership with Smithers Exploration Group and the Northwest Community College.
