Compliance & Enforcement

The Compliance and Enforcement Program is responsible to protect the public's interest in the management of B.C.'s forests and the generation of revenue by enforceing; environmental standards, revenue policies, regulations minimizing fire and pest, use of recreation sites and trails, and combating "forest crime" -more info enter site or report a forest crime

The Ministry of Forest and Range is no longer looking after recreation in B.C. The Ministry of Tourism, Sport and the Arts will be looking after all recreation, this includes the old Ministry of Forests Rec Sites, and all trails.
