Supreme Court procedures are being introduced to streamline claims under $100,000 in four registries throughout the province. The Provincial Court small claims limit will be raised from $10,000 to $25,000 to make it easier, faster and more affordable for all British Columbians seeking justice.

The ministry is considering reforms to the judgment enforcement system in British Columbia based on recommendations made by the British Columbia Law Institute and Uniform Law Conference of Canada.
