SAM Branch Units
Program and Regional Operations Unit (PRO)
This unit is responsible for handling the contracts with agencies
that provide settlement and multiculturalism services in B.C. Service
Agreement Officers each handle a variety of contracts from initial
assessment to monitoring and reporting within the unit.
Performance Design and Evaluation Unit (PDE)
This unit provides the Service Agreement Officers with tools and
resources that will allow them to effectively manage contracts. This
includes application, assessment, reporting and monitoring resources. The
unit also maintains responsibility for performance measurement,
service planning and service tracking reporting systems.
Program Integration and Stakeholder Relations
Unit
This unit focuses on leading consultation processes to ensure stakeholders
are provided with an opportunity for input into The Division's activities
and future plans.
Anti-racism and Multiculturalism Unit (AMU)
The Anti-racism and Multiculturalism unit is responsible for providing
leadership and public education on anti-racism and multiculturalism
in the province. The unit also assists in the development
of new initiatives in these areas to support the provincial mandate
of safe and healthy communities.
