to the Corporate Services Branch. We are responsible for the following
Ministry functions:Financial
Management Services Section
The Financial Management Services Section provides specialized
support services to all Ministry branches by:
- Coordinating
the preparation of the Ministry's annual Estimate of Revenue, Expenditures,
Capital and Financing Transactions
- Producing financial
reports and forecasts for Ministry management and central agencies
- Coordinating
the fiscal year end process for the Ministry
- Research and
analysis
- Accountability
reporting
Corporate Administrative
Services Section
The Corporate Administrative
Services Section provides specialized support services to all Ministry
branches by:
- Management of
Ministry facilities
- Records management
processing;
- Coordinating
moves including associated electrical work; telephone and postal services
- Organizing the
repair and maintenance of furnishings
- Ensuring all
needed stationery, forms and supplies are available in inventory;
distributing mail
- Purchasing furniture
and equipment
- Other aspects
of Ministry support
