Property Assessment Review
Panels (PARPs) are appointed by the Minister to
provide property owners with an independent, accessible
and equitable forum for review and consideration
of both the Property Assessment and Parking Site
Rolls.
PARPs do not have the authority
to review property taxes or the Parking Site Tax.

municipality or the Surveyor
of Taxes Office. If you have concerns
about the Parking Site Tax or the Parking Site
Tax rate, please contact Translink.
