Education

A major part of the provincial government’s plan for improving student achievement in B.C. is increasing parental involvement in education. On the home front, this means giving parents access to tools and information that will help them to help their children succeed in school. In the public realm, it means opening up the system to parents and giving them a voice in education decision-making.

This Web site is here to support parents of school-aged children in B.C., whether they want tips on helping with homework or a breakdown of the provincial education budget. We hope parents will return here again and again for tools, advice and information as their children move through the public school system.
