Education Planner

EducationPlanner.bc.ca provides clear, reliable and detailed information about programs at B.C. post-secondary institutions. The website allows you to compare information about programs without having to visit each institution’s website – at no cost to you! Education Planner has information on admission requirements, tuition fees, start dates and application deadlines. Information in Education Planner is checked by post-secondary institutions for accuracy and updated to make sure it is current. Education Planner is managed by the B.C. Council on Admissions and Transfer. (Visit www.bccat.bc.ca.) Recent improvements enhancing the site’s usefulness include:

  • MyEdPlanner – a personalization service that lets you create a personal account, save your program searches, and create post-secondary plans and budgets. With MyEdPlanner, you can build a portfolio over time by saving your education and career planning activities accomplished through Education Planner.
  • Career Developer – a service that provides a list and description of hundreds of free web-based resources to help with education and career planning. These resources have been reviewed and rated and provide excellent information for students, teachers, advisers, counsellors and parents.
  • A new look and feel designed to provide easier access to information found in Education Planner.
